We had a block of 10 rooms here for our baseball team. When we called in April for our stay in July we were told the pool would be fixed for sure by the time we got there. Fast forward to now when our stay is 2 days away. Pool still is not fixed. Every time I called for an update the front desk workers told me there was no way it would be fixed. When the manager got on the phone she always told me it would be. No one was on the same page. We had someone who was local stop into the hotel and the pool is indeed closed. There are signs on the front door. So we scrambled to find a new hotel which was nearly impossible. Closest one we could get to accommodate our team is 30 mins away. Not to mention, the manager was extremely rude every time I talked to her. She told me to tell our team to stop calling and asking about the pool. Why would we want to stay at a place with no pool? Completely unprofessional staff.

Upon arrival there was a very nice gentlemen at the front desk. He gave us great info about breakfast, told me my additional pillows I requested were in my room. Hotel rooms are a bit dated, a few charging stations did not work, but it was clean, comfortable and quite so nice trade off. Close to restaurants and activities. Would recommend

My stay at the hotel has been nothing but the best. Staffs are wonderful.well mannered and friendly. Also respectful. Barrack, WOW!!! Words alone cannot explain my gratitude to him. He has gone above and beyond for me. I have been staying here since December and finding myself halfway of breaking down. But having someone just telling you “ it will be ok” at time of needs is highly appreciated. And for that alone I will forever be grateful to him.

Had to stay local for work, due to a recent snow/ice storm. Very friendly and professional staff, especially for check in. Room was very clean and perfectly put together. I'm the type of person who likes to look under the beds and in the cracks of things for bugs and I'm happy to report no bugs or signs of bugs whatsoever. Room was super comfy and they had complementary breakfast in the morning. Would be happy to stay there again if needed.
