Ordered flowers for my sister on Mother's Day, NEVER delivered and still CHARGED me. NEVER answered my email communications or refunded my money! Would never recommend using their service, suggest finding someone who's more reliable!

Quite an experience. Ordered custom special occasion flowers. Never received any communication from the florist after sending an online question, and all calls over two days (10+ calls to three different listed phone numbers) were forwarded to the same full voicemail inbox. Flowers came a day later than expected—I wasn’t sure they were coming at all—and the arrangement included multiple lilies despite asking specifically for anything but (we have a cat). Flowers are pretty and she was very happy, but as the buyer I am still disappointed in the product and experience. Should have looked more closely at the reviews—big red flag.

I don’t typically buy flowers but I got a bouquet for a friends performance and she loved them! Quick delivery to my house and I loved the packaging. Called to check on my order and the young man was very helpful. I’ll for sure go back if I need flowers again
