Went there for active my 2 Iphone 13 ESIM card but the guy pretend that he did it since I was working on my other phone. When I went home and feel something is not right and I called Verion online service and they active 2 esim for me. Bad attitude and work style over this place It is third time went there but not done their job right

I visited this Verizon store earlier this week and had a great experience. I was helped by Veronica, Kheli, and Gary who were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They were able to put me on a better plan for my needs and did so in a timely fashion. Good customer service can really be hard to come by these days, especially with larger corporations, but these three representatives did a fantastic job helping me out and I will return to this store again the next time I want to make a purchase. Thank you guys!

Bunch of employees standing around with iPads in their hands. Wanted to pay a bill with a check & was directed to the back corner kiosk., which wasn't working correctly. Asked for help and Was accused by a female employee that I "must be doing something wrong!"😠 She then tried it twice and wouldn't work for her either.🙄 Employees can only take payments as credit cards. Finally, after about 20 minutes on hold, spoke to a WONDERFUL Customer Service Rep from another country on the phone while I was still in the store. Use the web page: verizonpaymy bill. Informed a nice (new?)store rep named Jesus, who was interested in how I finally got the bill paid. He wrote it down to use the info with other customers. What a waste of driving, gas and 90 minutes!🤦♀️

Verizon was awesome and very friendly and Covid safe. Sai helped us out and is completely professional and friendly. He explained everything to us and hooked up everything we needed . Very awesome employee and everyone else in store including Manager was great and friendly

Make appointment with them before because Depending on who is working you won’t be helped., today without an appointment., unless a person of management is present at the store..
They are only letting a few people in at a time. Hand sanitizer everywhere. Masked and gloves employees, and plexiglass at every work station, which they wiped down in between guests.
Most things are done online including ordering accessories and appointments. You explain the reason you're there outside and once there is room inside then you can enter and talk to an associate.
