This office should be shut down and reported to the medical board. The good reviews are clearly fake. In Addition to the drs who are unavailable to their patients you can’t get a hold of any one EVER. On multiple occasions I’ve had to drive down to the office to speak with someone. On each occasion there have been girls sitting in the office chatting it up, letting the phones ring to the answering service. For someone with serious mental health issues this is the last place you want to send them. I’ve been trying to reach someone for the last 2 hours, and that is just now. This isn’t including all the time I’ve spent this week alone trying to get then to get their ish together. At this point it’s best for the patient to not be on their meds and find a new dr. Stay away from this place if you can. I finally got an answer and it was by the Redlands office. She transferred me back to chino and the call was disconnected. I will be reporting them to the board now. My review only includes the tip on the ice burg of issues I have with this place. It’s extremely disappointing that someone with mental health issues should have to go through any of this. Here’s my phone number incase someone from the office actually wants to make a call ***** Updated and removed my number from online. No one ever called me back anyways. Not surprised. Found a new dr. Best decision ever. If you are considering this place. Please don’t.

Amber and Sylvie were very sweet with me, unfortunately tms didn't seem to work. I've felt no difference. The only thing that really bothered me about Dr.Puchakayala was that she was always late to the appointments. I am an understanding person but I'm not sure if I'm too understanding sometimes.

Dr. Puchakayala was amazing. This was my very first appointment with a psychiatrist and I was super nervous but Dr. P made me feel very comfortable. Your mental health is so important so be sure to put yourself in good hands :) also her assistant Amber is so sweet and friendly! She was super helpful and made sure to accommodate my busy schedule when setting up my next appointment.

Literally traumatic- they have little to no help available. The therapist I was able to see, essentially once a month, kept rescheduling me over and over. She kept saying she was “running late” or had another “emergency”. I tried to be understanding but after the third reschedule for the SAME APPOINTMENT. I was going months at a time, unable to see anyone. I tried to find someone else with them but they have a waitlist due to my insurance. And I still have to pay for each appointment I didn’t get. Total Scam place, I absolutely hate it here.
