Both mg husband and I have had a monthly subscription here for almost two years ($20 a month). Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Although the owner (who is often present) seems very anxious and on edge. I had an incident when I didn’t know how to put our new electric car in Neutral and he got really worked up and talked sternly to me. However, he did provide me a $50 gift card toward our schools tricky tray basket. There are usually at least 5-6 vacuums per side, so a total of 10-12. The are free to those coming for a car wash. There is plenty of room and I have always been able to use a vacuum upon arrival. I’ve never had to wait for a vacuum. Additionally, usually the car wash itself is available quickly upon arrival. The automatic system I use is also very convenient and easy to use. Overall, I would recommend using this car wash just as we do on a bi-weekly basis.

Wash was decent and price was ok (did not do a great job on the front of my SUV) but they wanted to charge me $3 to use towels after I had already tipped them. Valet wash in Princeton on route 1 has better vacuums, high pressure air and towels all for no additional cost.

The man at the front was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. He was shouting at me while pulling my car forward onto the tracks and was getting so frustrated with me. How nasty and rude, that is not how you talk to customers. And on top of that, the car wash did a mediocre job. Never again.

I made the mistake of getting my car washed there today. If I was able to get out of the double line of cars and leave, I would have. I never mind waiting for a service I want or need but this was ridiculous. There was a man standing outside at front of lines and so rudely pointing to cars as he then pointed to the sign where they should stop. These drivers never had a chance to move before he acted out his distress of folks not moving fast enough. Then the large fellow that sprays the car as u get on the track to go into car wash who would normally simply say “Neutral”, was angrily yelling at everyone “put it in neutral”. What on earth was wrong with those employees today! We have used them for many years for several cars and I’ve never seen such rudeness. And they increased their prices. For this I paid more! I got the super wash and the back of my car was not clean nor did the towel dryers do a good job although I will say they were not yelling. We will definitely not return. No longer worth it. I knew once the other car wash on route 1 in south Bruns closed, that this one would raise their price which is fine but the rude angry behavior is going to put them out of business just like so many others.

The car wash is just the exterior, but they have free vacuums you can use.
