Platinum Tier customer service encompassing a very enjoyable experience. The employees here are friendly, courteous, and professional! Breakfast is phenomenal! Beautiful park on site is wonderfully filled with fresh air, green grass, and a lovely pavilion for an outdoor meditation spot! I also highly recommend walking over to Minerva for some of the best comfort food I've had in years, take your card from the front desk and you will have 10% off your meal! I am very pleased with my visit and am looking forward very much to my return stay shortly!

The hotel was very convenient to get to. The front desk staff was very friendly, check in quick and free Wi-Fi was offered! It was a bit hectic as there was a soccer team staying there but we were there for the night only. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection and was pretty tasty. I ended up leaving behind a couple pieces of clothing. I contacted the hotel when I realized and they said they would check with housekeeping and let me know if they were found. They called me back and Lisa the sales manager mailed them to my home. I was so grateful that she was willing to do that. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I am very impressed. Check in was smooth, hotel was very clean, rooms were clean and well kept. The only two issues that were there is the breakfast didn't seem all that appealing- but no worries there is a Dunkin' Donuts within 50 yards (walking distance) that opens early. Then the final issue was that there is absolutely no parking for big vehicles. However, I am going to go out on the limb and say the parking lot adjacent to it you can also use for trucks/vans/trailers. All around I would absolutely stay here again.

Extremely courteous and hardworking staff. Maintenance was amazing and resolved all minor issues very fast. Me and my 4 children were very comfortable and they even provided accommodations for my infant twins as well. I wanted to give 5 stars but did not like the strong odor coming from the 2nd floor. I understand the circumstances but maybe a deep cleaning of the carpet and walls would help.
