The front desk staff was amazing and very nice. My room looked very nice. However there was hair in the bed. Eye lashes on the pillows. Notice little black bugs on the carpet. The coffee maker was dirty. And the chair to the desk was dusty.

Room was clean. We stayed during a very busy weekend for the hotel and I felt they struggled to keep up with the amount of guests. I ALWAYS choose Hilton brand hotels because of the high quality service and amenities. Pool should be open, especially on weekends passed the posted 8pm AND Rude Pool attendant kicked families out 15 minutes prior to posted closing time because she “had to add chemicals and close up”. Maybe this hotel would be better off posting a sign “No lifeguard on duty Swim at your own risk” than to pay for a rude attendant 🤷🏻♀️

Clean spacious rooms. Front desk agent was sweet. We rented 6 rooms for a family event. They let us check in a half hour early for 4 rooms, but then the other 2 rooms were late for checking in by over an hour past check-in. Didn't expect the trade off, but the hotel was busy and located in one of the busiest places in the country. Overall, a pleasant experience with reasonable prices. Beds and linen super comfy. I would stay again.

This is a fantastic hotel! I had to stay one night weekly for business. The staff knew me and were so friendly! The rooms were extremely clean. If you needed something extra for your room, housekeeping was quick to bring it to you. I would go to the front desk in the evening if I needed more chamomile tea and they would always give me extra. The warm chocolate chip cookies on check in...GENIUS and much appreciated! The food that I had from the restaurant was amazing! On Tim's advice, I got the salad with the chicken on it. I would actually look forward to having that for dinner when I stayed. Delish! Obviously I loved it. I stayed there once a week for months! So many times that I became a diamond member! I miss my friends there.

This hotel is good if you plan to go the second air and space museum In chantilly. It is only a few minutes away. And that museum is amazing.
