For a fast casual dining experience, not bad. The place was virtually empty but the staff was kept busy with the drive thru and online orders rolling in. Cashier that assisted was lovely and everyone was up beat. Food was a little cold upon being handed over to us, but not so much so that it was inedible. Will definitely go again.

I ordered on line for Thanksgiving, went to pick it up and told I had to stand in a long line and order again. I wrote corporate no response. Every time I go they tell me they dropped something from their menu and its not coming back. ribs, prime rib and Turkey and now on llamo y serve chicken and meat loaf. Then call yourself chicken and meatloaf, not a market. Food is good, but whoever is managing in corporate apparently is not.

I never had an issue with this Boston market. The food usually taste decent, but tonight it was awful. The Mac and cheese was extremely runny and watery. The sweet potatoes had big chunks in them and the corn had an odd taste. Honestly the one star is for the cashier. She was an older white lady and had a pleasant personality. The food deserved no stars.

The staff was great. Service awesome. Just food selection at the midnight was illogical. I know you guys can so better then that!? Get creative!? Create a reason to come to Boston Market at midnight!?!Thanks for the feedback.
