Went to this location to order a chicken salad. The server told me that it’s only online yet I was served twice in store from a different people with no pre order. Then given the excuse that there is no selection in the register yet my wife had gone in as a walk in prior within the week and the receipt from the register stated chicken salad. So obviously there is a selection on the register and it wasn’t an online order. They have to make the order on the spot. The manager/assistant manager/supervisor just didn’t want to be bothered. As a manager in the food industry and prior store manger of Boston Market we always made customers happy

Me and a colleague at work ordered from here and it was interesting to say the least. The chicken I ordered was good and the sweet potato casserole tasted good too. The cornbread was hard, and the mac n cheese was watery and didn't really have any flavor. We weren't happy about that at all. So it seems like this place has some hits and misses. If you decide to order from here, do so at your own risk. 😅

Terrible. It could be better depending on who’s working at the moment but i went at around 5pm and literally no other customers were there expect for me and there were two ladies working there. I was trying to tell her what i wanted and she kept rushing me telling me to hurry up and i told her i needed a minute and that i was new to boston market and didn’t know how to order she was shaming me for not knowing what i wanted and just thru my tray of food behind her even though i was still trying to figure out what to add. It was very confusing and irritating. The very least she could have done was explain to me how to order (since they apparently do it different at boston market) i just ended up leaving it was rude and exasperating smh I can’t rate the food considering i didn’t have the “luxury” to try it however customer service is a big part of a job. the staff needs to be better trained or just straight up fired.

I go to Boston Market every time I get a buy one, get one and every Thanksgiving. 11/24/20 update: I went in today, I asked for gravy for my stuffing and the manager on duty was nice enough to give it to me without an additional charge. He helped me out with a Caesar Salad previously. I don't think he remembered me cause I'm wearing a mask so this tells me he is a great guy and a testament to the company.
