Due to a project, which got extended over and over again, i spent quite a few months in total here this year. Reception, Bar, Security, Housekeeping staff etc. were all so amazing. Felt very welcomed here and the overall competence as well as the motivation of the staff to make your stay special was totally outstanding. Really gonna miss most of them and hope to see them again! Absolutely recommended from my side. Safe travels everyone! 🙏🏼

My daughter and I stayed here last week during the independence day weekend. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal: we walked over to AMC for a movie-night right across the hotel! The breakfast food was so well prepared I left a note to the food service manager about how much we appreciated the wonderfully prepared food, even though it was a slow weekend with very few customers at the hotel. I am impressed by the quality of the service and highly recommend this hotel!

Positive: Location location location!!! Right on lake boardwalk. Such a pretty view. Lots of restaurants, activities, nightlife. Great for families and couples. Hotel is clean and service is friendly. Good restaurant in the hotel/roomservice. Negative: I was perfect.
