Usually Costco is great but today's experience trying to renew our membership was a bit stressful 5 workers behind the desk no one so much as looked up to greet us we waited for about 5 minutes for one to even make eye contact finally one lady says how can I help you... No hello nothing remotely warm or welcoming... She kept saying you renew at the register when you shop. I informed her we just wanted to renew the card and weren't shopping. She asked for my old card which I gave she then renewed the card. never even gave us a total or said a price. The customer service today was lacking...

Employees are kind and helpful. Prices are extremely competitive for the area. We love the selection for organic, artifical dye-free, and more holistic foods available. This Costco also has a wider selection of home goods like rugs and kitchen accessories than many Costco locations in the western US. (As of writing this, this is the only one in the Eastern US that I've been to.)

If you like Mad Max and utter savagery you'll love this place. It's terrible. When we got there, I was distracted by the cop car parked in the intersection with it's lights on and no driver. I missed the turn to go in and had to go to the bottom of the hill.
