Nice large open area for Dogs to run around. People are friendly and most of them are regulars. Poop bags and water bowls are readily available. The only thing that missing is a wade pool for the dogs to enjoy.

Actually you DO have to pay--per dog each visit unless you pay for entire year pass (good at various parks)
Found out the park is closed from March-15 to March 22nd to give the grass a chance to dry out.
