They actually cared and listened to our situation. Moving can be very stressful and not planned. Our move was fast and worse the timing. They helped with the best unit. Not to mention filled in options when moving and even some tips for first time movers. Call the week, you want to move things in. They always have different availability. They do have climate control units in general but I'm not sure what's currently available.
