Office Staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Testing room is very clean! The only downside was how much I had to pay to come and take my exam!

I don't think it was the Oakland office, but their rules are set in stone. When talking to them it's a control thing - they talk but never listen. It's like talking to a brick wall

Yes

Building owner hired an un-licensed person to help rent out office spaces. This un-licensed person is made to advertise space, shows space to possible renters, negotiates rent, sings lease, and collects security deposits and rent. Is this legal?

Negative. You need to pass Real Estate Principal's, Real Estate Practice, and an elective course which all contain California specific criteria.

if a broker represents both buyer and seller without consent, must the broker disclose all conversations and disclose all documents of both parties?

No they do not. But you can sue since it was not disclosed to you.

Do not want to be quoted on this, but I believe the answer is "no;" once you know about the preexisting condition. One of the tv news shows did a question and answer session on the topic, which you likely may find on youtube.com... the show where people call in and get answers on the news Money Matters or something like that.

So no number to call to report an unethical agent. How convenient.
