Bill came right out first thing in the morning, took the time to diagnose my machine and explain to me what the issues were. Showed me where to buy the parts on Amazon and said to call him if I needed any help with the fix. All free of charge. Really nice guy, definitely recommend and I will be back if I run into other issues with my older lawn tractor.
