High Occupancy Toll lane. HOV (multi passenger) lane that is open to solo drivers who wish to use it, provided they pay to use it (variable tolls) with a "Good to Go Pass" which is scanned while driving in the lane. The toll you pay as you enter the lane is what you pay, one time, unless you exit the lane and reenter after a scanning device
Yes. There are greyhound buses that go from Seattle to Spokane. Just to be clear, this is a WSDOT facility with no public access.
