Edit 3 (08/10/2022): I upgraded my review after testing what they did, and I indeed been unfair with this review regaring leaving just 1 start. They do what they promise in regards on the products they repair but they still need to improve to attend their customers better. I'm very happy with their repair service. Might not be cheapest but it's decently priced and products works as it should. Also they should provide with a faster service, I totally understand if they are overloaded with work, but that's why you need someone that can attend properly their customers and provide accurate estimates on time, prices. Above all your customers are your priority, that's why you are in business, to offer a solution to their needs. Edit 2 (07/21/2022): Still waiting on a response 1 month after payment and not a response. Edit: Still waiting for them to respond on a national wire transfer that takes 1-3 days and it's been 2 weeks already waiting for them. Takes a long time to respond, they don't care about the customer, only their money. Go somewhere else. I don't care if the guy that makes the repair is honest, is very knowledgeable and seems like a genuinely good person, he should be aware that the customers are not being treated as they should by the employees. Plenty of people know this tradeskill and attend the customers better. First shipment arrived damaged and I did bite the bullet there, still waiting on a response for a wire transfer, and to be totally honest, It's a bit hard to actually work something out with them, any excuse is not enough for your customers if you don't help them, you don't respond to questions, you leave them hanging days or they feel they have to repeat themselves with extra email messages as it is their only way to contact. They need to improve, last order I have with them until I see they improve on that. I say, when the customer is on the mind of a business, they demonstrate with action and staying on them to make sure they are happy with the service.

Sent a laptop to these guys after trying to fix it by myself( my customers laptop). I got the confirmation email that they received the device. After that they didn’t respond any of my email. I sent them at least 5 emails no reply for 6 months. When they replied they said they didn’t got my laptop. Luckily I had the YouTube video link of that repair. Then they said they will look for it. After holding my customers device for 9 months they charged me shipping plus repair attempt fee. They don’t have any mercy. They didn’t think about my situation holding a device for 9 months and my customer kept bugging me. I asked them to wave the repair attempt fee( I know it’s in their policy) . They gave me $10 discount. But holding someone device for 9 months also not in their policy. I always show mercy to my all customers. But I learned my lesson here. I followed Ali on YouTube for so long. I love his work and also as a Muslim brother. Got so disappointed 😞 I never leave negative feedback. Never ever. But the situation make me to do it.

Just doing this because I placed an order for parts. I have my repair shop in La Jolla. When I got notified they were left outside I went and found nothing. I didn’t contact northridge after some emailing they stopped responding so I filed a dispute. They decided to provide a tracking number that shows it was delivered but the issue is I never got the item. My mailbox only take letters and no packages. Had my landlord look into the cameras and the lady that always takes this route never placed any packages there. I believe it was delivered to the wrong location since Amazon always leaves many packages at this mailbox and I don’t see them getting stolen. It’s just unprofessional on there side that they told me they would contact USPS to look into what happened and they never responded after I sent over the tracking number. Tell me from the picture where can a package be fitted ? No where and the 1P box has no lock as it is broken. They misplaced this item and northridge took my money and didn’t even try to look into the matter.

If you watch their videos, they have over 200 video cards to repair so I would imagine it will take a while.
