Look for Brianna, ask for Brianna!!! (like actually ask for her). From the very first second, not only she’s been helped us a lot but she still is helping us like I’d never imagined. Anyways, nobody likes to read long reviews. Her energy is unbeatable. She’s the best (I mean it). Apartment is nice but Brianna’s nicer.

Brianna is the BEST!! She is the person to see if you want an easy going & smooth transition. My husband and I were in the process of selling our home and needed someone to help us find our dream place immediately. It was alittle tricky since our house was still on the market and didn't have an exact move in date. But as soon as we stepped foot in the front office at symmetry, Brianna was there to guide us and listened to all our needs. She is extremely informative and kept us posted every step of the way. She was kind enough to show us so many different units with different views and floorplans. I couldn't be any more pleased with what we have chosen. The building itself is amazing... beautiful structure...quiet...so many great amenities.. clean and just great overall... We are so happy to be a resident here!! Thank you BRIANNA!!!

Thanks to Abel, my boyfriend and I had a smooth move-in process. He was so patient and helpful throughout the process. I feel that living in an apartment that has great management is significant, and Abel went above and beyond. After moving and living for roughly 3 weeks, we love it. There are great amenities and a 24/7 cardio and weight room. I feel so lucky and blessed to be living in this apartment. We love every bit of this apartment. The only downside is we can hear people walking down the stairs since we live near the staircase. Overall, we give this apartment a 9/10.

We love pets and are a pet-friendly community! We accept up to two indoor pets per apartment. Dogs are restricted by breed. Keep in mind that there are additional pet deposits, as well as a monthly pet rent. A $40.00 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 is due at time of application and is non-refundable. Application and holding fee (which is applied to total move-in charges such as security deposit and rent) must be paid at time of application for an apartment to be reserved for you. Each apartment requires a holding fee of $300 (studio), $400 (one-bedroom), $500 (two-bedroom) or $600 (three- bedroom and townhome units) at the time of application, and is non-refundable after 72 hours, unless applicant is denied. An applicant’s deposit may vary depending on income, employment, and credit history, which is based on the standards established through the approval system. Yes, all studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units are given one unassigned parking space within the parking garage. Another unassigned parking space may be rented at an additional charge on a first-come, first- served basis. All three-bedroom and townhome units are given two unassigned parking spaces within the parking garage. No more than two (2) cars per apartment are allowed on the property.
Our leasing hours are from 9am - 6pm, 7 days a week.
