How long does it take for them to respond or repair your device? I sent them a 3080 Gpu 45 days ago and still no update from them…starting to wonder if I just got scammed.

If you watch their videos, they have over 200 video cards to repair so I would imagine it will take a while.

I had to ask for a refund because my part took too long to come in, but they readily gave me a refund. They are really bad at communicating when there are delays or issues, but if you reach out to them they will get back to you. They seem best via text.
