We went into the AT&T store in the Cerritos mall to get my son a new phone. Alexis was our helpful associate that assisted us with this purchase. She was so patient and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions with a smile and patiently waited while my son tried to back up his old, severely broken phone. She was awesome!

I had to go to the AT&T store because I wanted to trade in my iPhone for another iPhone. Luckily, as I walked in Jane was available to help me. She was very pleasant, she explained and clarified the whole process to me and she was patient with all my questions. I really appreciated all her help. Despite the AT&T store not carrying the green iPhone 13 mini I was interested in, Jane was able to put in an order for me and have the iPhone delivered at my home the next business day. I was honestly so relieved to know she was able to do this, because I was planning to go on a vacation over the weekend and I needed a new phone before then. Jane was excellent, she was a great help as she offered satisfying customer service. 10/10! :)
