Store is always closing early, you can't call the store directly, which forces you to drive there, then they close an hour early. Pretty horrible to waste people's time like that on a regular basis...

I suspect the store manage Robert was racially profiling me from the start. Below is my experiance here, you be the judge. I am an authorized user on my account and have the security pin for a second factor security. My phone is broke and could not accept any texts. For that reason I was unable to get a phone. Manager refused to override their text system in place of my drivers license I produced. Over the phone corporate said they do override in place of license 99%. Corporate actually asked to speak to a manager over the phone becuase they were surprised on how they were operating thier business... they were speaking to the manager Robert. I wonder why this time was the 1% time they wouldn't accept ID in place of text. Shop here at your own risk. Also, last five reviews are one star reviews, sounds like managment should change...

The lady up front was extremely rude they had no one being helped and told me I couldn’t wait inside and I had to wait for the next person that wasn’t here to get here and get help before they can help me which I know what I want already and it would only take them like 5 min to help me when I’m waiting 20 min for someone that is next to get here

The people working here couldn't care less about customer service specially the name Abigail .. She is so rude she doesn’t know how to speak to a customer. She repeats the same sentence over and over like a robot. She doesn't want to listen to your concerns, it is useless to speak to her. She doesn't want anyone to go in the store and this is a corporate store. I was expecting a different treatment from Verizon, I will be taking my business elsewhere, very disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would for this store.
