Worst Person who got us checked out at the counter was RUSSELL. I was trying to press the “none” option on the screen but my hands were wet from sanitizer so I had to press more than once when He RUDELY said “YOU ONLY HAVE TO PRESS IT ONCE” I was shook so I just looked at him and stood quiet .. as he finished ringing us up he gave the receipt to my husband and literally said “HERE YOU WANT THIS.” For NO reason he was extremely rude, he made us feel so bad :/ We should of said something but we didn’t, we just wanted to leave asap. I hope his life gets better because he was just projecting his bitterness on us. I feel so sorry for him. He hates his job but he probably can’t get anything better than retail.

Ugh train your staff better 😒 🙄 I liked this place and always found cute stuff but customer service at Cerritos location today super offputting,cashier was understanding and professional but the rest, clearly have a negative bias according to how you dress like against someone "plus size/alternative style "looking not a vibe. (Scince i walked onto the store)this worker guy and a girl were all agitated walking around the store & shady for some reason.I was coming out of the fitting room they got up in my personal space upclose like hello privacy?! Very accusatory-like later asked if i called them (confusing interaction ) then overheard the same guy worker say to "check the cameras" to the cashier very shady and super uncomfortable for me a client and also the fitting room worker earlier,like No explanation about what was going on except the cashier was professional and reassuring and when I asked the guy what was wrong earlier he said "oh nothing no worries" then avoided me acted like nothing happened the audacity frustrating and strange it made me super anxious and totally ruined my shopping experience I won't be coming back anytime soon.

I was greeted when I came in to the store. It was a little Crowd and Busy, this is Understandable, Especially since the Celebration of Easter is Very Near. I was Looking for Certain items and i found a few. The Store has Rearrange their Stock, So it was Different from what I Remember. All in All, The Store was Well Stocked, The Staff kind and Helpful.
