Place always only has one person working..and they take forever...also I went Aug 14 2022 at 4pm and people who checked in after me went before me..I've been going for 2yrs 1st time this has happened. I'm most likely going back to Downey...Cerritos was closer onkybreasin I switched.

I had a great experience at The Joint in Cerritos. I was greeted by Victoria who was super friendly and made the sign up process so easy. I have never been to a chiropractor before and was a little nervous but after years of back pain I finally decided to give it a try. The process was so easy and after just my first visit, I am able to bend over and lift my toddlers without any pain!! It’s an amazing feeling. Can’t thank Dr Novak enough for taking the time to explain in detail and ease my nerves. Excited for my future visits!

the front desk coordinators and doctors here are always very welcoming and helpful. during my first ever chiropractic visit, they made sure to give me plenty of information before we began anything. if there are already people there, the wait is never too long. my visits are always super quick, 15 mins max. their $80 monthly membership includes 4 free visits with any additional visits costing only $10 and you can go to any location. would definitely recommend

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
