I am so in love with my massage chair that I purchased from Massage Chair Relief. Michael was so patient and helpful in helping me find the perfect chair. This is by far the best purchase this decade. I no longer have that nagging tension in my shoulders. This Chair also helped me get through Covid by helping to get rid of the aches and pains.

After much thought and research, our family settled on JPMedics Kumo as our choice of massage chair. Dr. Alan Weidner of Massage Chair Relief of California responded patiently and kindly to every phone call and question we had — prior to purchase, during purchase, and after purchase. He understood our fear.about spending several thousand dollars on a massage chair. He helped us make the right decision — so many chairs in his showroom to choose from! He also has a wonderful team of support members, who assisted me with some initial technical issues. Our Kumo is amazing! The strength and power of this chair can push you right up out of the chair if you’re unprepared! My parents needed this kind of massage chair for medical reasons. After suffering from insomnia, my dad fell asleep right in the chair on his first massage! Thank you, Team Weidner! I am coming back in — this time, to buy my own.

I wanted to buy a massage chair for my mother in November last year. I read a lot of products from this company, and finally chose to buy it from this company. Sure enough, they are the most professional and most aware of the kind of massage chair you want. The comments I gave to them on the Internet are doubtful. I did not expect that they not only provide good service and the prices are very reasonable. I have always liked the massage technique of the Japanese brand after purchase. They have many massage chairs of different brands. Just last week I moved. They are all free and help me install carefully, so I don't have to worry about moving the chair. In the future I will definitely visit them again and recommend it to more friends.

Our chiropractor has a massage chair in his waiting room, and it kind of got us hooked. But in deciding what to purchase, we were overwhelmed with the number of choices and the conflicting information about their features and qualities. Some of the reviews that compare chairs give -- we learned the hard way -- positive reviews to massage chair companies for a fee. After buying a chair online that we wound up returning because of this misleading advertising, we found Alan Weidner's blog, which provides careful, unbiased, and thorough research into the industry's best chairs. We called his Southern California store and a smart and enthusiastic man named Michael Nguyen spent nearly an hour talking with us on the phone about all the information and misinformation we had gathered, sharing a wealth of knowledge. He encouraged us to make the 2 hour trip to the store, which we did. We chose the chair we thought we would buy based on our discussions with Michael, but we chose it with more confidence after having compared it to other top-of-the-line chairs we were able to test drive in the store. This was a big investment for us, but the chair, Infinity's IT8500, is a dream! In some ways it is better than having our own personal masseuse (and we are both in the health care field so are quite particular). It gives a deep massage, so if that is not what you want, this is not the chair for you, but it gives you many options about how that massage will be delivered. We ran into one design complaint and Michael went to the manufacturer and found that the feature we didn't like could be disabled (that the chair returns to sitting position when it has finished a program). So this chair is just perfect for us. We are very happy with it and recommend it highly.

Thank you for your inquiry. We only see customers by appointment to avoid too many customers in the showroom at any one time. Our staff wear masks. We wipe down the chairs with antiseptic towelettes after a customer visits the store. We also wipe down commonly touched surfaces, such as door handles.

Hi, Sonoko. Thank you for reaching out. We do not have parts for that model either. The repairman can only replace parts. They can probably tell you what is wrong with your chair, but may not be able to fix anything. I would suggest calling Jez Enterprises and see if they have a tech that covers your area. They could also tell you what the cost would be for the service call. Their number is 877-242-0749. I hope they can help in some way. dr. w.
