Walking into Mattress Firm, I halfway knew what I wanted and halfway didn’t. If that makes any sense. I also had my guard up ready for the salesman pitch I was sure I’d be annoyed by. Let me tell you how all that changed. Clifford approached me with clear “non salesy-like” questions to assess my visit. After, he heard what i was shopping for, he asked my sleep style and preference in mattresses to any health needs. From that point I tried a variety of mattresses within the preferences I mentioned and we narrowed it down to the perfect fit. (A Beauty Rest) And if you shop like I shop, starting with a bunch of options that feel similar can pose difficulty in narrowing down without feeling overwhelmed to make a pick. But, Clifford definitely has expertise in his field who happens to sale a product and not the routine other way where someone is simply an expert salesman. He helped me narrow down my selection to one I was comfortable and completely satisfied with and I left happy with my purchase. To sum it all up, if you don’t know exactly what you want but kind of have an idea and need genuine help with reigning it all in - Give them a call. Maybe you’ll even see Clifford when you’re there!!

My wife and I went here looking to replace our mattress but was not certain we were going to buy anything right away. Travis greeted us and rather than pushing us to purchase the most expensive mattress there, he had us test a few mattresses first to determine what would make us most comfortable first. Once we figured out how firm we would like the mattress he showed us a few different options in different price ranges. Once we chose the one we liked he helped us do a discounted package and set up the free delivery. I appreciate Travis for being helpful and not pushy like every other mattress store I've been too. We just recently received our mattress and we are very happy with it, highly recommend this place.

My husband and I had a great experience at this store but especially with the worker Travis is what really made the experience great. I was nervous to go in and as other mattress stores came off very aggressive with wanting to make a sale and not respecting my space but Travis was very respectful and gave me the space I needed without being overwhelming. He truly cared about the integrity of how are body should feel ergonomically and wasn’t trying to make a quick buck. He took his time and respected our budget and we stuck with that budget with even being able to buy some stuff I didn’t think we could all while keeping it under my spending amount. He made the check out process so easy and the scheduling of the mattress easy so it can be a day when we are home and not working! Thank you Travis for being patient and kind to me and husband and overall being an amazing worker.

Our Sleep Expert was Travis B. He was excellent! Very helpful in showing us the different mattresses and his knowledge was awesome. He was very helpful, efficient, kind and professional.
