Scheduled a tour for Saturday a day or 2 before then confirmed my 10am appointment at 9:30a Saturday. Arrived at 10:05 due to traffic and no one is here… Call multiple times till 10:15 and no answer. That’s not a good look when LA Fitness is literally down the street…

This location must not be too worried about gaining new members. I had an appointment today for a tour, which they had confirmed with me 30 minutes prior. I arrived early and rang the bell 5 minutes before my appointment time. One of the staff members came to the door immediately and showed me his cell phone with a message typed out that the tour guide was in the restroom and left me standing outside. 20 minutes passed and still no tour guide to let me in. Rang the bell again with no response. Another 15 minutes went by and I left as I was clearly being blown off. Not really good for business to blow off potential customers. If you couldn't perform the tour you should have informed me that I needed to reschedule when I inquired earlier in the day instead of confirming my appointment.

Completely unprofessional. No staff is ever present at the gym itself, and attempting to cancel your membership is extremely frustrating. Don’t make the mistake of spending your money here.
