The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. The only issue I had was a 10 minute wait, but this isn't a complaint because I was patient and could tell they were dealing with other customers. I couldn't find where the line started though and a few guys came in after I did and you could tell they were having the same problem.

Really nice park that happens to have a wonderful Museum attached to it. They also have the original Wright flyer 3. The one actually flown by the Wright brothers.

Ordered a portable hand washing station. First delivery was in terrible condition. Box was torn, moldy and filthy, had been saturated with water and was still damp. heavily taped just to get it to hold together. Wash station was damaged (parts broken by hard impacts) in places where the box wasn't, and speckled in orange dirt. First replacement was in similar condition, not as severe, but the box was dirty, wet and torn, wash station was damaged (more broken parts) and covered with dirt. Second replacement was also in water-soaked box, but not damaged. However, the item had a small amount of water in the supply tank, suggesting that it had been used. All 3 boxes looked like they had been used as tackling dummies for a football team practicing on a wet field. If I had to guess, I would say these all went through the Memorial Day tornadoes, were written off as destroyed for the insurance money, then restocked to sell as new. Not at all the kind of result I expected from Grainger. The only good part of the experience was the very apologetic customer service ladies I talked to each time. They seemed genuinely appalled that their company would ship such horrible product and expect us to accept it. Will think very hard before purchasing from Grainger again!

Example one. They took over our bolt bins. Came in and rearranged them in the wrong order promising to come back and fix and restock. 2 Had to call them three times before they came back...three months later. By then the restock order was useless. So they took another order promising to return in one week. They didn't. Repeat step 2. We gave up and use their free bins for Mcmaster Carr items.
