If you’re in the market for a pool installation or renovation company, congrats you just found the perfect fit! Our pool has damaged from a tornado and we were recommended to contact Arundel Pool and Spa (reno group also known as Swimstyle) for repairs. We’re sure glad we did. From the very beginning Nancy was very helpful guiding us through the quoted repairs, options available, and providing coping and liner samples. Joe was excellent in fielding renovation questions, typically providing email responses within just a few hours. Israel leads a team of Rockstars performing all the renovation work like a symphony of artists. Professionalism through and through! Perhaps the single most meaningful act was that of a simple one. We have a young daughter and at the end of each work day, unasked a member of the Reno Team would re-setup the pool safety fence. This mindfulness for the safety of our daughter was very much appreciated and heartfelt. We can’t recommend Arundel Pool and Spa strong enough, you’ll be very pleased with the staff and services they provide. All the best, Sal

Great people, and easy to work with. Awesome hot tub store.

Our experience with Arundel Pool and Spa was terrible. We needed a new hot tub cover which was originally estimated to take 6-8 weeks to come in. After close to 9 weeks and having to contact Kenny multiple times with no answer, the cover was delivered but it was 6 inches too big. They ordered the cover without measuring it! After measuring and re-ordering, the new cover didn’t come in until June 11 with a total of 5 months since our initial contact and order. When asked about compensation we were told that they “took a hit” having to order the new cover and could not compensate.... as if it was our fault!! Absolutely awful customer service.

Good business. Have all the supplies and services I needed. They spent a lot of time trying to find parts for my 50 year old sand filter. The only negative is their salt supplies are erratic... they seem to run out of salt a lot. On the other hand it's probably unreasonable to expect to pick up 25 to 50 bags of salt without any warning.

How often you change your hot tub water can depend greatly on how often the spa is used, the quality of water used to fill it and how well the water is maintained. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend draining, cleaning and refilling the hot tub every 3 to 4 months for an optimal operation.
Pool maintenance is an ongoing process and should be completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. DAILY * Use a net to remove surface debris to keep the water clear and free of buildup. * Clean the skimmers. WEEKLY * Vacuum the bottom of the pool. * Test with strips and treat the water accordingly to ensure it is balanced * Clean the pool deck or patio area. MONTHLY * Clean the pool tiles. * Clean the pool pumps completely and perform a backwash.
The size of your hot tub should reflect your intended use for it. Will it cater to the needs of the entire family? Is it meant just for you and your significant other? Or do you enjoy hosting elaborate backyard parties? Your lifestyle and layout of your backyard can help you determine if you would like to invest in a smaller or larger hot tub. Most hot tub brands have models available in the following sizes and capacities: 2-3 seats, 4-5 seats, 5-6 seats, 6 or more seats. For a better idea of how big or small our hot tubs are, visit our showroom in person.
A clean and functioning filter is key to an operational filtration system, as it catches and removes dirt and debris, keeping the water clean and free of impurities. We recommend rinsing the filter every two weeks with fresh water from the hose or kitchen sink. You can also use this time to spray it down with a filter cleaner and then continue to rinse. Filter cleaning nozzles are available that can be attached to the end of a hose, which can help water to better reach the nooks and crannies of your filter. Soak your filter overnight in a bucket filled with water and a small amount of filter cleaner every two months to remove deep-down debris. We recommend replacing your hot tub filter annually to ensure a fully-functional filtration system.
Another factor to consider is price. It’s tempting to find the best deal at the lowest price. But, you also need to consider if it has all the features you’re looking for. The best strategy is to find a hot tub with all the features you’re looking for, but that doesn’t break your budget. According to Home Advisor, the average cost for a hot tub runs from $2,000 on the low-end to $35,000 for a luxury hot tub. The average of all hot tub expenditures is $6,000. You can expect to pay $2,000 to $6,000 for an entry-level hot tub. Mid-level hot tubs cost a bit more with a range between $4,000 to $10,000. Premium hot tubs tend to range from $10,000 – $18,000, while luxury hot tubs with all the high-end features can run you about $20,000+ at the very top-end.
