I want to give a huge thank you to Michelle Macey. I saw her when I was first diagnosed in 2014, and she thought to test me for MTHFR. It turns out I was compound heterozygous (the worst kind), and I started supplementing with folinic acid. Now it has been 8 years, and I am only getting better and better. I still take a low dose of my abilify, but finding that out was soo important to my well being. Thank you Michelle!!

The Counselors are great! But after the Pandemic the support staff is just not what it once was. Its horrible. Its awful that this is the only real option here. It's so sad how they have absolutely no compassion or grasp of how their work impacts the local community. Making an 8 year old with Autism wait two weeks for a med refill until he ran out of medication over a Holiday Weekend and still has not returned a call for a med refill. The only way to get anything done is to drive to the office and speak with a manager. The support staff is useless.

Getting my daughter enrolled was a little tricky due to staff not answering the phone for a while but after we got past that everything is fine so far. I also like that there is a separate door for children so they do not have to walk through the main building past some of the "troubled" adults.

Absolutely the worst! I see a prescriber amd a Therapist at Arundel Lodge for PTSD and anxiety in general. They prescribe low dose Xanax for me each month, only a two week supply to take as needed. Well my Dad flat lined two weeks ago, the hospital did CPR and brought them back.He has been in a coma since and has extensive brain damage. We Extubated him yesterday. So I am a nervous wreck. I am out of meds because I have actually had to use them. Have 9 days till a refill and they told me that they could not help me. So insensitive and cold! Luckily my primary Doctor is more compassionate and helped me out with a similar medication. I will not be using Arundel Lodge anymore! I would never recommend them to anyone! Don’t do it to yourself!!! They are suppose to be there to help but leave you stranded in an emergency situation!!! I wasn’t even asked if I had suicidal thoughts, or offered an emergency therapy appointment either. I was treated as an addict, when I actually have a mental health condition. Watching a parent die leaves you completely heartbroken. Even a person without my condition needs help through a time like this! There are other alternatives besides writing a prescription but I was offered nothing
