Horrible customer service and follow up. Ordered parts 18 months ago. Called, emailed, visited in person…. Installed wrong parts on hot tub and has to be redone again. Don’t pay for anything in advance, you may never get it!!

Went to store to get water tested for the 2nd time this week after they suggested chemicals that made my water worse. The older woman told me I couldn’t get it done since I had already been there this week. When I explained I wanted to see if there was any improvement, she then proceeded to ask me if I had bought anything from them? This took me by total surprise and when I asked where is the sign that states I have to Buy something to get my water tested and that I can only do it once a week? Then she said I must have added something else to the water. I explained I’m not a new pool owner and have been coming there for years. She then lies and says they only been testing water for 2-3 years. I really didn’t appreciate the accusatory questions and her lack of wanting to help or test my water. She finally did and when she returned it looked like the exact printout from Monday which leads me to believe she never tested my water. I then told her since you asked about me spending money there, which is none of your business, I spent $420 on Monday but it is not a prerequisite for water testing and that I really didn’t appreciate how she treated me. I have never been treated like that before and will reach out to talk to a manager/owner to complain about my horrible experience. Shame on YOU!!

Purchased a hot tub and had an issue with it shortly after installation. Harry made it a point to come out Christmas Eve after the store closed to get it running for me. Customer service at its best!!!

Thank you Craig, we also have sanitizer placed throughout the store and clean the high traffic areas throughout the day. We are a smaller store so it never really gets too crowded and even if we do the customers socially distance themselves.
Reset tub is how to reset the hi limit and temp sensor. Try resetting and leaving filters out to have zero restrictions through circ pump and heater. Could also be a burned out heater relay. If you call the store tomorrow they can walk you through how to check that.
