BBA Gym is the best gym in the Silicon Valley. The location is incredibly clean and well organized with a wide variety of training equipment. You can easily workout early in the morning with one of the great onsite trainers (see my separate review on Benny Eviens Fitness), shower in one of the super clean private showers and then be on your way to work before 9am. The gym is never crowded and there is plenty of onsite parking. The environment of the gym is neither pretentious nor judgmental. Though it has the quality of a boutique, private gym, the price point for training is very modest compared to the corporate gyms located nearby. I can’t imagine ever going back to the overpriced and crowded corporate chain gyms after experiencing BBA. BBA is great example of a successful small business. The owner and manager, Travis, is an excellent personal trainer and has done a great job creating a positive and ideal training environment for people of all skill levels.
