3/5/22. The owner did respond quickly. I spoke with the owner and was reimbursed for the washers. He explained that there may be gaps in time when an attendant is not on site. Since I was there pretty early the attendant was not on duty. There is someone there around 9 am. She may have been running late and I just missed her. When I went in to pick up my refund the attendant was there and she did apologize for my inconvenience. I do understand that some people do not check their pockets and these types of problems can happen suddenly. I've used this laundromat before and it is very clean and not too crowded. It's great for my king size comforter and I'm in and out in less than 1 hour. 2/27/22.The washer broke with about 10 minutes left in the cycle. The timer stayed on 10 minutes for about 35 minutes. The entire was cycle was supposed to be 16 minutes from start to finish. There was no attendant or employee on site and no answer on the phone. The message on the phone said someone would respond within 24 hours. REALLY!! 24 hours with no employee on site! Fortunately, another customer knew a trick through an app to get the washer to stop and unlock so I could at least get my laundry out. I still had to pay for another washer to spin the water out of laundry so it could be dried. It cost 15.00 to wash 1 load not including the 1.50 to dry. I put my small load in at 7:14 and left at 9:34 am - 2 hours and 20 minutes for something that should have taken less than 1 hour. If someone was supposed to be there and is being paid to be there - you're getting ripped off! In summary no employee on site and no way to contact someone in an emergency!

Everything works great but don't leave your clothes in the dry two minutes after they stop because people Will remove them😒...... And this lady wasn't even the owner smh
