Perfect beach for a quick beach trip without having to go to the coast! My family loves to come to this beach. Shallow enough for my 8 year old to walk out to the wood post with adult guidance and calm enough waves for my kids to play in. The sand can be rocky but still one of our favorites. Don’t forget to grab a day pass!

Such an incredible find. The pass system works so well ... Even on its busiest days the beach doesn't feel too crowded. It's clean, well tended, and beautiful. We've had some of our most excellent summer days having lunch and swimming here.

This is a quaint and peaceful little beach. Remember, to register for a free day pass! Not too crowded. Very spacious. Now, I'm not a fan of Maryland beach water because of the jellyfish and debris in the water but the scenery is nice enough for a lovely family picnic or beach stroll on the sands.

You have to go to “yourpassnow” yourpassnow.com I think and it's on their website, and there you can choose the date you want to go and they give you a ticket to enter. It's free and they give you one in Spanish
There is no entry fee and there is parking. The park does close once it reaches the capacity.
Pets are allowed in the park, but not on the sand or in the water. They must be on a leash at all times. The park is set up in a way that you can have your dog secured at your chosen spot on the grass or at a picnic table and they'll still be close enough for you to enjoy the beach and the water.
It is open on the weekends (Sat and Sun) from 9am to 7pm. Get there early!
