Horrible experience, went for 4 new tires, waited 2.5 hours on the waiting area and for them to tell me "bad news we don't have your tires size in the store" wth!! I have a baby and had to paid babysitter for nothing, unbelievable!!

Run away from this place as fast as possible. I took my Honda Odyssey to them for an A/C diganostics. They claimed it needed an A/C compressor replacement. Note that they didn't say there was a leak or anything. I wanted a second opinion and took the car to another shop next day, which told me that the a/c refrigerant was completely gone. This shop took all the refrigerant out of the system before returning the car to me. I believe that's called stealing.

They tried to say my rear drums needed a full replacement. Said there was a brake fluid leak. Quoted me $698 to do it. The vacuum is leaking, the rear drums are fine, they lied. Only go here to get new tires and that’s it. Be prepared for it to take all day too.

It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.

I met Pep Boys through Amazon by buying tires online and they were shipped directly to Pep Boys. In a package deal I paid $20 per tire mounting.
If you absolutely must have an original equipment manufacturer radio antenna for a particular car, then the best way to do this is to use a junkyard network website such as www.car-part.com. These sites allow you to specify exactly what you wish and if they have it, then they will quote you a price, and if you buy it, they will ship it to you.
