Great customer service, knowledgable and responsive staff. This was the THIRD place we tried to buy appliances. FINALLY, this is our store! John Johnson assisted us...he was knowledgeable and responded to my questions (he actually called me back!) When we went into the store, staff acknowledged us right away, and there were staff to help us immediately. The purchasing process was fast and easy, and we had our new dishwasher and new fridge within a week. Installers were communicative and showed up when they were supposed to. Install was high quality, they even (somehow) fixed the unevenness of the floor under the dishwasher so it sits evenly, unlike our last one. We are very happy, and definitely recommend!

I've had a terrible experience with this company and will never use them again. It's not so much the sales department but the service department is VERY bad. My oven of only five years went out. It has taken weeks to get somebody to come out here and then I have to set aside another day for another 4 Hour day waiting. It turns out that the part and having them come to service, will cost more than me buying a new Appliance all together. I'm purchasing a new one at friedmans. Too bad since Contra Costa Appliance was conveniently down the street from my house but it certainly isn't convenient to have to deal with their service department.

This is by far the best appliance repair business I've done business with. I had a problem with another appliance company not being able to figure out what was wrong with my oven. The owner Peter and his technician Steve came to our home and immediately identified the problem. After retaining the parts they returned and repaired the oven in no time. Not only did they do a great job they were very fair with their costs.
