I have lived at the Whitewater Apartments for almost three years now. My first year, loved it. The second year was not great, but this last year.... I can NOT wait until my lease is up to get out of this place. The parking spots are way too small, the staff is not very friendly or don't know what they're doing, there is constantly kids running around the pool area without adult supervision. The kids are also always messing with people's apartments throughout the complex. I just barely received a lease "warning" violation for having a can of soda on my patio chair. Like are you KIDDING ME? Absolutely insane. They can't keep this property running properly if God willed it himself. There are always people sneaking into the pool and partying late. Seems like a money hungry property, over-priced for poor quality, you will hear EVERY SINGLE MOVE your neighbors make because they were too cheap to insulate and frame the apartments to be able to have even minimal noise transference. Cannot wait until I can get out of here. The only positive is the location. Literally the only positive.

I'm going to start by saying our on site desk people and most staff in the office are super nice and professional. As for the property management themselves, the worst I have ever rented through. These apartments were so run down about 4 or 5 years ago but grey Star decided to just change each individual room layout as apposed to just redoing it the right way. There is absolutely no sound insulation and our upstairs neighbors and third story neighbors sounds like a constant stampede or some sort of SWAT procedure. Not to mention the constant vomiting sounds we can hear clear as day through the vents. There are also a group of kids that run around and like to cause commotions such as throwing massive rocks off of the third and second story of my building. Not to mention when we first moved in are apartment wasn't (and still isn't) finished completely. We didn't have any bedroom doors, incomplete pain job in multiple areas of the unit, dirty air filter from 2019, and a bunch of miscellaneous stuff left in our apartment and our porch for renovation. I would like to recommend these places to my peers and family but nobody should have to go through the headache we have through these uncertain times as is.

Feel like I am on vacation when living here. All Maintenance gets done extremely quick, and respectfully of my space and pets at home. Amenities are extremely nice; amazing and clean gym with a view of a lake, spa and pool heated and available year around, and direct access to the lake year around

I had an excellent move in experience at Whitewater! Staff was very helpful! I can tell my experience at these apartments will only get better the closer we get to summer. Amenities and location are second to none. Michael is the man!

Wow great Q. Umm i do not think so since electric cars, lime bikes, are fairly new to area. That would be a good topic to begin to discuss at a city council meeting, right? You are the first person ive ever heard bring up this will perhaps be the thing of the future soon may. I like my older car stiil and in hot summer months its hard to get a park spot ive jad to park just down the street and walk in wen its packed. Talk to city parks dept maybe get your answers or begin a process to help others become aware needs of electric car owners who also want to enjoy city parks in area. Question for you.. Would a $55 sml portable jump charger be helpful?
