This Giant eagle has really gone down hill. I have noticed that in the past few months of this year that they have trouble keeping the customer service area open. They pull the person that they have working customer service area, so that they can be a cashier to ring up groceries for customers but will not replace them with anyone to run the customer service department or if the person that is working in customer service department goes on break they will not open customer service until that person comes back from their lunch break. So if a customer needs a money order, bus pass or wanted to play the lottery you either wait until they open customer service have to end up going somewhere else to take care of your business. It makes absolutely no sense with Giant eagle being a large grocery chain supermarket that they are not able to keep a the proper amount of help to properly service the community. I gone to other Giant eagle grocery stores or other places and there is always someone available to help you in the customer service department. 😑

Love this place they have everything I need except the prices are a little high that's it. They also have a pharmacy and my bank right in it also. Super easy to get to. The loyalty perks program is also a plus it helps me save on groceries and other items I use for myself and my one year old son.

The lines wasn't really that long. And someone in line looked out for me and pointed out that I could go to Customer Service instead of waiting long. So I paid for my bus pass and got my toilet paper in a very timely fashion. I was grateful for the politeness. We need more community build up like this.
