This Rite aid Pharmacy is OUTSTANDING. Katie & Jesse make this Rite Aid far and away the best local pharmacy I've ever frequented (and I've been a regular at many different pharmacies over the years.) When I 1st moved to Shaler 5 years ago & started using this Rite Aid, it just completely blew my mind that they knew my name by my face when I came in...and it wasn't just me, both Katie & Jessie seem to know every customer that walks into their store! It's unbelievable considering how many people they must work with. If I need to call in, I just say my name and they immediately know who I am and know the medications I take. They also have great communication, and clearly know what they're doing. If you live in the Hampton / Ross / Shaler / McCandless area, do yourself a favor and make this your Pharmacy!

I want to thank Evan in the pharmacy for being a great employee! I called multiple locations in the area to see if they had a particular vitamin in stock, when I called this location, Evan found it and kept it on hold for me until I could come get it. On top of Evan's great customer service, the store was well stocked and very clean. I highly recommend this location!
