Two of the three games I played were shut down for seemingly no reason. In one game the lights just shut off and whenever anyone would bowl it would be considered an automatic strike. In the other game it just said “start a new game” when we didn’t finish the last one yet. The bumper are apparently made of plastic which is ridiculous as apparently adults can easily break it, according to the owner, while other places like AMF have bumpers that are much sturdier and can handle the power of an adult. The owner did a lot of walking away while speaking to him, so the service was pretty sub par. Overall I prefer a place like AMF since I had no issues there. AMF has stronger bumpers for those who wish to use them, friendly employees, and no threats of having to pay for damages.

Typical Central New York business with a “the customer is lucky to have us” attitude. Horrible service, makes fun of customers. Not needed in the community. A parking lot would be more useful than this place.

Polite, friendly, great deal at $10 for 3 games and shoes! Older alley...1920's with updates so don't expect perfection... But Lanes were well oiled and consistent. Had an enjoyable time
