Test results misplaced multiple times which resulted in more than a two week delay in diagnoses, hence too late for effective treatment of an entirely curable condition. Disorganized and complete lack of professionalism. Later, routine check-up tests were also misplaced and then I stopped wasting my time there.

There is a psychologist in the Hamilton office but you have to be established as a patient in the Hamilton office. There is a family counseling center down the road in the plaza that used to house the Big M
