A complete waste of time with this Doc. He listen to your heart look in your ears and it's time to go. When you get the bill from your insurance it says he did several technical procedures on you. You can have something wrong you and you will never know till it's progressed and is a serious issue. Avoid him.

I went to an appointment today, September 2nd at 2:40pm. I can’t even express how awful this experience was. The place is disgusting and the staff was so rude that I couldn’t even go through my appointment. I was seen by this nurse that was extremely disrespectful. She didn’t introduce herself, didn’t greet me so unfortunately I don’t even know her name to write here. She refused to explain to me about my medical process and told me that I couldn’t see dr Triana if I didn’t go through her triage first. At this point I called my husband to help me because he’s also a medical provider and she refused to talk to him. She took all my medical forms out of my hands and walked away. I was forced to leave the office without my documents and I lost the chance to have an appointment. I’m filling a formal complaint by the New York Office of Professions. This place must be shut down. Please don’t go there. Find yourself another doctor.

Rude front desk,poorly trained! Signed in at 1:55,Waited,a hour to get a shot only to find out they forgot I was even there! Nurse said they never told her! PLUS the girl at the front desk told me I didnt sign in,which I showed her I did! Unprofessional in Baldwinsville. NO COMPASSION AT COMPASSIONATE!

Dr. Ted J Triana is a true professional doctor in the entire city, he listens very well, communicates in plain language and if you don't understand any medical related term, he will gladly explain it to you. I sure miss him since I moved out of NY. As far as his staff is concerned they treat you with respect. Thank you Dr. Triana for your service :)
