I dropped my watch for it to be repaired they said it’s going take two week to get the estimate. After three month of waiting and calling they finally give me the estimate which was $180 told them I don’t want to fix it and they give it back I went to a different store and they only charge me $50 for the same service . Best if you can avoid this place.

I visited the Kay Jewelers store at the Destiny Mall, Syracuse location today with my daughter. She was interested in upgrading from a 3/4 to a full carat pair of diamond earrings. The customer service that we received was exceptional! During our visit, we spoke and were assisted by the team of Kandi, Sharakay and Vashonne. They were incredible. They answered all of our questions as well as explained in detail, those answered. My daughter has been a customer of Kay’s for many years and I can truly understand why. I will absolutely recommend Kay’s to friends and family.

ARIANA COLON!!! I had to leave another review because that woman is quite literally the best! I had just about given up on Kay Jewelers... she needs a raise...the money I spend at Kay alone should be more than enough to give it to her! If it wasnt for her, Kay Jewelers would have lost 4 customers at the very least. Thank you ARIANA

This review is for ARIANA COLON only... she cant be compared to anyone else. (I would give the company 1 star) I have spent 10's of thousands at Kay over the last 7 years.. 5 different locations. Without exaggerating, Ive had a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME I bought a piece... Sized wrong, lost information, Broken and missing stones..i'm literally waiting for my ring as I write this. BUT Arianna Colon (the store manager) is the reason we go back. That woman is amazing. She takes care of our problems without question or hesitation and just replaced my Wifes engagement ring after having to have it fixed 3 times. Undoubtedly we would have been told we were SOL by another employee...and I have been. THANK YOU ARIANA! YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST THERE IS FROM SYRACUSE TO THE KAY OUTLET IN LEE MASS.

I had a ring that needed resizing. They found a prong that needed repair. Took a bout 2 weeks and I received an email telling me it was back in the store ready for pickup. I went in, took the staff a few minutes to locate it, but it was beautiful when they did find it. Prong was fixed, sizing was perfect and shown like a brilliant star! Best of all, no charge! Staff was wonderful!
