I had a ring that needed resizing. They found a prong that needed repair. Took a bout 2 weeks and I received an email telling me it was back in the store ready for pickup. I went in, took the staff a few minutes to locate it, but it was beautiful when they did find it. Prong was fixed, sizing was perfect and shown like a brilliant star! Best of all, no charge! Staff was wonderful!
I have had nothing but problems the past 2-3 months with the repair services .. Lisa is amazing she has been helping me this whole time .. I don't understand how I can send a ring to be fixed and it comes back more broken than what it was picked it up 2 days ago it was a brand new ring they made a new one now I have to exchange it for something else..
