I called to see if I could order a specific brand and style of scrub pants to be told that the style had been discontinued. Taylor went above and beyond to help me and to figure out what styles would be comparable to what I had gotten in the past. When I went into the store 2 days later on my day off she even remembered my name after I’m sure helping several other customers since talking to me on the phone.

The staff was incredibly rude and judgmental. They didn’t seem like they wanted to help me, and as soon as someone finally came over they were generally mean and arrogant to me as if I didn’t know what I wanted. They also seemed to judge my body type which I frankly didn’t appreciate. I’ll just use Amazon from now on.
