Excellent maintensnce staff. Needs a little updating but that always goes with apt bldgs. The maintenance ppl R very helpful. Reasonable rent prices with utilities incl, except extra cable . Laundromat in bldg, along with commun. room, considerable parking, snow removal for walkways & driveways.

You need to prob call for an appt, or ask office what, when, etc., when u call.
