Somehow their drive through drawer has been "broken" for months, so in order to pick up a prescription, you get to hang out with people there for COVID testing indoors for 20 minutes. It's 2022 and you need 3+ months to fix a mechanical drawer?

This review is for the pharmacy only… I know this store doesn’t get a lot of great reviews but I have never had any Issues with the pharmacy. The lines have been long lately but most of the staff was out with covid. Lisa at the pharmacy counter was extremely helpful and pleasant and I know that’s not easy right now with a short staff and impatient customers.

I had my physician call my order here as usual, but they took it, then temporarily closed. I cannot get this filled have called harford road and Joppa they will try, but no luck. I am a single woman ,75 years old and have a bad situation. No one will help me.

This by far has to be the worst staff ever. A text was sent out stating there was an issue with my prescription,but no details. I contacted my doctor who advised me that everything was good on there end. So I called this location 3 days in a row that resulted in no one ever picking up the phone. Now today someone does answer the phone but with a very bad attitude. If you don't like your job then change your occupation. It's my fault for not going up there in person,I'll take that charge .
