I have had 5 MRIs done here and they are always great. The technician who has done most if not all of my scans is a wonderful compassionate caring person. She always tries to soothe any fears I have. I've never had much of any of a wait in fact today I hadn't even finished my paperwork before they were ready for me. The receptionist staff is also always friendly. Be kind to people and you will get it back in return.

Everyone is so nice there. I got thr technologist named Kim. Amazing person. The receptionists especially the person work with insurance question are patient and helpful. Five star experience

Well I was a walk-in and figured I would probably have to make an appointment. Well they said they could get me in probably about 1/2 hour, we’ll that was great. I waited. Two people walked in after me one male said he didn’t have the time to wait a half hour and left. Some people do more harm to themselves just crazy. The second was a women, now I was at the receptionist seat to give her more insurance information and that women behind me started that huffing stuff, I see this a lot anymore “ the entitled” I excused myself from the receptionist and told her I needed to go to my car for my info give me one minute my car was 20 feet from the door, when I came back in this women was standing at the desk blocking me from giving my paper work to the receptionist, we’ll she tried to keep me from handing over the papers. That’s fine I waited. That women walked out I said she was rude. Receptionist said she was and at least I won’t see her for 2 week from now, and a smiled, so I’m pretty sure she could put her in right after me if she wanted. I’ll respect everyone and take my turn.

They never sent the report to my doctors. When I called them to check after 2 weeks the lady said the fax no. That was on the script didn't work. Isn't it a common sense to call the doctors office to find out the right fax no. This is ridiculous. Not sure what to call this as act of negligiblility or something else. I was wondering why my doctors didn't call with the results. The patients go to get these tests for a reason, for an urgency.
