Diverse and welcoming congregation that genuinely tries to walk the talk. I've been to a number of mosques in the Baltimore-D.C. area; Bait-us-Samad is new, but is already one of the best, imho. Intimate without being cliqueish, and provides great facilities for women upstairs. If you're in the area, drop by Friday prayer services at 1:30 p.m for a rejuvenating sermon. Open to everyone.
