Please do NOT waste your time or money. We moved here for the pool. We have no kids. Went to use the pool yesterday around 10a to beat the kids and swim peacefully, and the rude staff informed us that the pool would be closed during week days until school lets out for summer. I’m not sure what public schools have to do with private swimming. They continued to say that once school is out, they’ll open from 12p-8p. This is terrible and we will be moving. Obviously the pool is not for adults.

Do NOT move here. Go up the street to cabturbry or Franklin Square. The first hot day we had last week the power was out for over 6 hours. Now we are going on day 3 of no hot water. The maintenance worker said there's an old broiler that's broken and the repair parts come from Germany. So they have to wait on parts and he's unsure how long It will take. Everyday there is a new bug crawling on my wall or ceiling. Windows don't seal, the front door doesn't even fully lock. It's been broken so many times the door frame doesn't securely hold door shut. Signs posted on doors saying maintenance will come to check, dryer vents, light bulbs, etc. Never happen. There is a covid cleaning fee on the rent now, or stairwell is cleaned once every 2-3 months. Why am I paying every month? By far the worst experience I've ever had at an apartment complex. Nice pool tho

This place is disgusting!! Roaches everywhere !!! Staff is very unprofessional and useless ! Couples are having wwe matches and police are being called every night. When you try to talk to the leasing office no one is ever available

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Please listen to me I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. This place is the worse!! I moved into a DIRTY UNIT. The tub is disgusting! The toilet disgusting!
