BEWARE MILITARY MEMBERS I’m getting orders to the Maryland Area and have been on the phone NONSTOP FOR THREE WEEKS waiting for approval (I have a perfect record as a tenant and a very high credit score). They always say they will get back to me by the end of the day but never do. Please save your time. The cheap price is not worth the extremely poor service.

Nice place, no issues whatsoever any maintenance issues were taken care of within a day tops close to the base I mean not much you can ask for. Front office staff are awesome always eager to help!

I love my apartment here at Arrive Odenton North, especially the new upgrades and renovations as well as new management. The neighborhood always looks great 👍🏽 quiet, safe atmosphere. I want to thank the office staff and managers for everything. I also want to give a special shout-out and thank you to Candi in the leasing office. Candi is absolutely amazing, exceptional customer service and patience, she's always very warm and kind. I am grateful for her understanding and awesome hospitality. I lived in my apartment for the last year, and Arrive took over management in the last few months of my lease. While transitions can be tough, I am sure that the renovations and upgrades will be well received by future residents. I ended my lease there just days ago and moved into the home I purchased. I am grateful for the space I had during a tough year, but mostly I am so grateful for Candi for her kindness and hospitality. She was always warm, responsive and so kind.
